The theme of the night will be everything retro-futuristic, alien, space age cxnt.
Bring us future visions of queerness & liberation, weird, fantastic & sensual.

The ball will be followed by DJ sets until late night, so prepare your booties for an unforgettable, queer, weird & glamorous evening.

Tonight is all about aliens, aliens, aliens! Choose one of the 3 following themes for your look, themes apply to all categories unless specified otherwise.

Alien Diva - You’re otherworldly, mysterious, glowy and glittery. Shiny and purple-pink.
Alien Invasion - You’re the future from across the stars, as seen on the big screen. Silver, chrome, holographic.
Alien Abduction - Sexy first contact, sensual and sticky-licky-sweet. Bring it in alien green.

✨Ballroom is an underground subculture by and for the BIPOC LGBTQ+ community, which was created in New York at the late 1960s, centred particularly on the expression, style, and experience of black and latin trans women. Club Cxnty is open to all, but keep the history in mind, respect the space and those who participate, and always follow safe space guidelines!

Illan teemana on avaruusmatka: Ota inspiraatioksi retro-futurismi, alienit tai vaikka sun lemppari scifi-leffa 🚀
Näytä meille, millainen on just sun upee, outo, sensuelli queer-fantasia!

Ball-osuuden jälkeen jatkamme yökerhon merkeissä DJ-seteillä myöhään yöhön, joten valmistaudu unohtumattomaan, kimaltavaan, outoon & anteeksipyytelemättömän kvääriin iltaan.
Ballin kieli on englanti.

✨Ballroom on alakulttuuri, jonka ovat luoneet ja joka on suunnattu ei-valkoihoisille seksuaali- ja sukupuolivähemmistöön kuuluville. Sen juuret ovat 1960-luvun lopun New Yorkissa ja se keskittyi erityisesti afro- ja latinalaisamerikkalaisten transnaisten itseilmaisuun, tyyliin ja kokemuksiin. Club Cxnty on avoin kaikille, mutta pidäthän historian mielessä, kunnioitat tilaa ja osallistujia ja noudatat aina turvallisemman tilan periaatteita!

Sanomme yhdessä ei seksismille, homofobialle, transfobialle, ikäsyrjinnälle, ableismille, body shamingille ja kaikille syrjinnän eri muodoille.

Club Cxnty on perustettu tuomaan ballroom-kulttuuria Tampereelle. Club Cxnty järjestävät klubi-iltoja, avoimia treenisessioita, workshoppeja ja mahdollisuuksia queer-yhteisölle. Tapahtumat ovat avoimia kaikille ballroom-kulttuurista kiinnostuneille. Tavoitteena on tarjota tukea ja rakenteita, joita aktiivisen ballroom-yhteisön luominen edellyttää.
